Ventilated facade fabric Laintex

Ventilated facade fabric Laintex is a unique composite material made of fiberglass fabric coated with a special compound to protect mineral wool insulation from the effects of the external environment in multilayer structures as part of rear ventilated facades.

  • Wind protection against emission of insulation fibers
  • Water repellent surface
  • Laintex NG has a hydrophobicity class 2
  • Laintex NG GI maintains a water column of 200 mm!
  • Reduces building heat loss
  • Fire safety KM-0
  • Good vapor permeability

Ventilated facade fabric Laintex 100 F as part of a composite with mineral wool insulation is designed for use in the construction of ventilation systems. Laintex 100 F has unique antifungal properties and protects the insulation from the emission of fibers into the environment.

The production process of Ventilated facade fabric Laintex consists of several stages, as a result of which it acquires its unique properties.  Laintex fabric is made from fiberglass and impregnated with a special composition based on polymer dispersion, which provides hydrophobicity to the final product.

According to the Technical Regulation “On Fire Safety Requirements” (123-ФЗ dated 07/22/2008), Lainetex fabric refers to non-combustible building materials NG (according to GOST 30244-94), i.e. to the fire hazard class of building materials KM-0, which is confirmed by certificate No. ССБК RU.ПБ06.Н.00149.

Non-combustible Laintex NG and Laintex NG GI brands are designed to windproof the heat-insulating layer in building envelopes, including in the construction of suspended facade systems with an air gap, in walls of – low-rise and frame buildings during new construction, as well as during reconstruction and overhaul of buildings and structures for various purposes.
Laintex NG and Laintex NG GI can be used in all climatic regions according to SP 131.13330.21012 and humidity zones according to SP 50. 13330.21012. Laintex 100 F as part of a composite with mineral wool insulation is intended for use in the construction of ventilation systems. Laintex 100 F has unique antifungal properties and protects the insulation from the emission of fibers into the environment.
